GI Goodnight Outline

Since lazaefair was curious (and it won't all fit in a private message), here y'all go. Still needs a lot of tinkering (and I will be making use of AO3's "the military doesn't work that way" tag if I ever decide to actually write it out), plus I want to do more with Jinx and Jaye, Goody and Sam, Goody and Storm, Snake and Storm, and figure out what, if anything, more I'm doing with Goody's PTSD. But this is the rough shape of things.
