I Need This

So, I've been reclaiming space since the roommate moved out, which means a lot of cleaning up of shit he didn't bother to take with/get rid of, and also more personalization in shared spaces. Some of that is spending money on nice things again, because I wasn't going to buy nicely-scented, foaming handsoap for communal use just to have yon oblivious jerk get the cheapest, nasty-smelling brand possible when it was his turn to get. Some of it is finally cleaning shit I didn't ask him to do because he'd rather bug me about it every step of the way than look up how to do shit on the internet.

And some of it is just being a goddamn dork. For example, I'll be replacing the old, generic doormat with this:



Because I like the movie and I can.

I've mostly starting giving welcome mats as housewarming gifts anymore. We're all a bunch of apartment hoppers, and they're lightweight and easy to take to the next move.
